All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order, which occurs upon dispatch.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already placed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Usually this is a flat fee of £7.50 to cover protective tube and tracked postage.

Packaging

Maps are carefully packaged to protect them in transit, typically rolled in sturdy tubes or flat-packed depending on size.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Issues

Returns

If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Returns are accepted in original condition.

Maps are delicate printed works and must be handled with care.

Please ensure hands are clean and dry before unrolling, and use a clean, flat surface. Avoid creasing, bending, or damaging edges when inspecting or repacking the map.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned damaged due to improper handling.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging.

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
